No, transit times are always estimated and not guaranteed due to certain factors such as traffic situations, acts of nature, seasonal periods, unforeseen circumstances, and pandemics.
AutoNational Logistics provides live-tracking system with some selected carriers. You can see where your vehicle is and when it will be delivered to the desired location.
You can request a quote by filling out the form on our website or by giving us a call. We will need information about the type of vehicle, pick-up and delivery locations, and any specific requirements.
Yes, quotes, advice, and statements can change if the information provided by the customer is not true, or customer want to change it.
Yes, you can make adjustments to your booking details, but you may have to pay administration fee and additional costs, depending on the changes.
Yes, you can cancel a booking with at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of minimum $50 will be charged based on the circumstances and nature of the booking.

If a vehicle is abandoned, AutoNational Logistics will provide written notice to the customer and allow up to 10 working days for a response or action. If no action is taken, AutoNational Logistics has the right to dispose of the vehicle at the customer’s expense.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the collection and delivery locations are accessible at the agreed times and are reasonably suitable for trucks.

Yes, you can place goods in the standard drivable cars, if you select the ‘Goods in Car’ option. Please note that this service only allows goods with the following characteristics:

  • Goods should be under 80 Kgs or extra payment has been arranged for extra goods above 80 kgs.
  • Goods must not block any windows and should be below window level.
  • Goods should not be placed on the floor behind the driver’s seat or either of the front seats.

AutoNational Logistics will not take any legal responsibility for any loss or damage to the vehicle or goods.

An empty vehicle can still have items such as:
  • Spare tyre, Jack and Tools
  • Toolbox associated with the vehicle
  • Baby Seats and Booster Seats (they should be fitted, not loose).

For safety reasons and to comply with regulations, we advise against leaving personal items inside the vehicle. You should remove all personal belongings before transport.

AutoNational Logistics is a freight forwarding company, and does not hold an Australian Financial Services; thus shall not arrange or provide any insurance for the Customer. The Customer must obtain its own insurance in respect of the Vehicle / Goods and/other Services.

But we only deal with carriers which are fully insured. Thus you can be rest assured that your vehicle will be covered by the Carriers insurance incase of loss or damage of vehicle.

In case your vehicle gets damaged during its transport, customer will have to get in touch with the carrier to determine compensations and levels of liability. Carriers do not cover already damaged/written-off or non drivable vehicles in any case, please check carriers own terms of transport.

The customer must clear the payment before the vehicle is dropped off or collected or before the services have commenced. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or hold of services. Charges must be paid by credit card or bank deposit to the Official Business account of AutoNational Logistics.

No, AutoNational Logistics does not store any credit card information as transactions are done directly on the bank platform.

We use your Personal information only to provide the requested services or products. AutoNational Logistics may disclose information to law enforcement and government agencies for legal or lawful purposes. Personal information collected is not provided to persons and institutions outside of AutoNational Logistics.

While AutoNational Logistics takes steps to protect personal information, sending and receiving information over the internet is always at the customer’s own risk. AutoNational Logistics does not guarantee complete security for information sent over the internet.

If you need to transport multiple vehicles, we can arrange for car carriers or enclosed trailers to accommodate the load. Our team will ensure that all vehicles are secured properly.

While we ensure utmost care during transportation, accidents can happen. In the unlikely event of damage occurring, the carriers insurance will cover repairs or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
